Welcome to Zuglool International Limited. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Zuglool International Limited.
  • “Client” refers to the individual or group booking services from the Company.
  • “Services” refer to the Hajj and Umrah packages, flight bookings, visa processing, accommodations, transportation, guided tours, meal packages, spiritual guidance, and any other services provided by the Company.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The full balance must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
  • Prices are fixed once full payment is received. Any changes to bookings after confirmation may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 weeks before the travel date will receive a 75% refund of the total package cost.
  • Cancellations made within 7 weeks of the travel date are non-refundable.
  • The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No changes can be made to bookings once they are confirmed and paid in full.

4. Travel Documents and Visas

  • The Company assists with visa processing but is not responsible for the approval or denial of visas by the issuing authorities.
  • The Client must provide accurate and complete information for visa applications.
  • The Company is not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the Client.

5. Accommodation and Transportation

  • The Company arranges accommodations based on the package selected by the Client (3-star, 4-star, or 5-star options).
  • Transportation services include executive buses for transfers and visits to religious sites.
  • The Company reserves the right to make changes to accommodations and transportation arrangements if necessary, without compromising the quality of service.

6. Guided Tours and Spiritual Guidance

  • The Company offers guided tours to significant religious sites in Makkah and Madinah.
  • 24-hour spiritual guidance is provided during the pilgrimage. The Company is not responsible for any individual spiritual outcomes.

7. Meal Packages

  • Meal packages, including breakfast, dinner, Iftar, and Sahoor, are provided based on the selected plan.
  • The Company caters to dietary preferences as specified by the Client but cannot guarantee the availability of all dietary requests.

8. Liability and Responsibilities

  • The Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the pilgrimage.
  • The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.
  • The Client is responsible for securing personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

9. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company’s jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Company’s website or communicated to the Client.

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking services with Zuglool International Limited, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
