At Zuglool International Limited, we strive to provide transparent and straightforward pricing to ensure that your pilgrimage or travel experience is both affordable and worry-free. Please review our pricing and payment policies carefully to understand the terms that apply when you book with us.
1. Pricing
- Package Prices: All package prices are based on the services included, such as flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, guided tours, and meals. Prices are subject to availability and may vary depending on the season, demand, and other factors.
- Fixed Prices: Once full payment is received, your package price is fixed and will not be subject to any increase, even if the cost of flights, accommodations, or other services rises. This ensures that you are protected from price fluctuations.
- Additional Costs: Any additional services or changes to your package requested after booking confirmation may incur extra charges. These will be clearly communicated to you before any changes are made.
2. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your package. This deposit is deducted from the total package cost.
- Full Payment: The balance of the payment must be made within 60 days of booking confirmation. If full payment is not received within this period, your booking may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards, and debit cards. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your booking more than 7 weeks before your scheduled departure, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total package cost, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 7 weeks of departure are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No Refunds for Changes: Once your booking is confirmed and fully paid, no refunds will be issued for any changes or cancellations made thereafter.
4. Changes to Booking
- Amendments: Any changes to your booking after confirmation, such as upgrading your accommodation, changing flight dates, or adding extra services, may incur additional charges. These must be paid in full at the time the change is made.
- Availability: All changes are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that all requests can be accommodated.
5. Late Payments
- Penalties: Failure to make full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
- Rebooking: If your booking is canceled due to late payment, you may rebook at the current rates, subject to availability, and must pay the full package price upfront.
6. Payment Security
- Secure Transactions: We ensure that all online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information.
- Receipts: Upon receipt of your payment, you will be issued a confirmation email with an official receipt for your records.
7. Price Adjustments
- Promotions: From time to time, Zuglool International Limited may offer special promotions or discounts. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other discounts.
- Price Changes: While we strive to maintain consistent pricing, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in exchange rates, increased operational costs, or other factors beyond our control. Any such changes will be communicated to you prior to booking confirmation.
8. Currency
- Payments: All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice. Currency exchange rates may vary, and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the Client.
