Cancellation Policy

At Zuglool International Limited, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring that both parties are aware of the terms and conditions that apply when a booking is canceled. Please review this policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The date of receipt of your cancellation request will be considered the cancellation date.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • More than 7 Weeks Before Departure: If you cancel more than 7 weeks before your scheduled departure, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total package cost, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Within 7 Weeks of Departure: If you cancel within 7 weeks of your scheduled departure, the entire package cost is non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Zuglool International Limited

  • Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events), we will offer you the option to either:
    • Receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding any non-refundable deposits.
    • Rebook for a later date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Insufficient Numbers: If your package requires a minimum number of participants and this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be deposited into the same account from which the payment was made.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Amendments: If you wish to make changes to your booking after it has been confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that changes may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
  • No Refunds for Downgrades: If you choose to downgrade any aspect of your booking (e.g., selecting a lower-tier accommodation), no refunds will be provided for the difference in cost.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellations. This can protect you in case you need to cancel your trip for reasons beyond your control.

6. Non-Transferable Bookings

  • No Transfer of Bookings: Bookings made with Zuglool International Limited are non-transferable. You may not transfer your booking to another individual or party without the express written consent of Zuglool International Limited.

7. Special Circumstances

  • Emergency Cancellations: In cases of emergency, such as a sudden illness or family bereavement, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexibility or partial refunds at our discretion.
